Terms and Conditions of Sale

Beautiful People Cosmetic is a brand operated by Beautiful People Cosmetic SAS, incorporated in the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS Paris), with its registered office at 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all contractual relations between Beautiful People Cosmetic SAS (the "Seller") and any adult individual placing an order on www.beautifulpeoplecosmetic.com (the "Buyer").

Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; modifications take effect on the date of publication on the Site.

Products offered for sale are those shown on the Site at the time of consultation. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Seller will inform the Buyer promptly and offer either a full refund within 14 days or a replacement product of equivalent quality and price.

Prices are quoted in euros inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). Free shipping applies to orders of €120 or more. Below this threshold, shipping costs are stated at checkout.

An order is confirmed once the Buyer has validated the cart contents, entered their details and delivery address, selected a payment method, and clicked "Pay". An electronic acknowledgement is sent by email.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Buyer may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure Stripe platform, or in 4 interest-free instalments via Alma (subject to eligibility, available from €50).

All transactions are SSL-encrypted. The Seller stores no payment data on its servers.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is available to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. For delivery elsewhere, please contact us.

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. The Buyer is responsible for checking the parcel upon receipt and noting any damage with the carrier.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the parcel to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving reasons or incurring penalties.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email at contact@beautifulpeoplecosmetic.com with the order number. Products must be returned in their original, unopened, unused packaging within 14 days of notification. Return shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code, Articles L217-4 to L217-12) and the warranty against hidden defects (Civil Code, Articles 1641–1648).

Beautiful People Cosmetic products are food supplements and cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical treatment. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.

Personal data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
